A note on our experience: SG Asia Match grew out of one of Japan’s most experienced international marriage consultancies — in operation since 1996, with over 1,040 couples guided from first introduction to married life across Japan, China and Thailand. In 2023 we opened our Bangkok office, and we now bring the same founder-led, procedure-first method to Singapore men. The paperwork differs — ROM and LTVP instead of Japanese spouse visas — but the discipline is the same.

We begin with a free registration. We would like to learn as much as possible about your living environment, work situation, future life plans, and the qualities you seek in an ideal marriage partner. Therefore, we kindly ask you to complete your profile in our free registration form. Registration is completely free of charge.

2. ZOOM Matchmaking Meetings (Free Trial)

After identity verification, you can experience a free 30-60 minute ZOOM matchmaking meeting with our female members.

Purpose of ZOOM Matchmaking Meetings

Through video calls from your home with wonderful female members from Thailand and China, you can develop a deeper understanding not only of their appearance but also their outlook on life, values, lifestyle, and future prospects.

Preparation for ZOOM Matchmaking Meetings

  • Please wear formal, clean attire
  • Prepare a quiet room with good lighting
  • Smartphone or laptop (PC)
  • Install the ZOOM application — For ZOOM beginners, please refer to “ZOOM Guide” here and install accordingly
  • For PC users: Webcam and microphone (or earphones with microphone)
  • Stable internet connection

We ask you to join as an official member in either of the following cases:

  • If you find a favorite person among the women you’ve spoken with
  • If you wish to have ZOOM matchmaking meetings with many female members

3. Membership Registration

Member Rights

  • Members can have ZOOM calls with 1-20 women!
  • Priority recommendations of new female members
  • Participation in overseas matchmaking trips (meeting 1-5 candidates)
  • If you find a preferred partner, we provide support for the woman’s Singapore visit and long-term pass documentation (or the man’s visit to Thailand or China)
  • Only official members receive the following stage services: “Local matchmaking meetings,” “Confirmation of feelings for dating,” and “Support for serious relationship leading to marriage”

 

 

4. Overseas Matchmaking Trip

For partners residing in Thailand (or China)

You will participate in local matchmaking in Thailand (or China). You can enjoy face-to-face conversations with female member candidates (1-5 people) as well as the unique scenery and food culture of the region. About the flow of local matchmaking in Bangkok, Thailand:

Detailed travel guidance from our association

  • Confirmation of travel expenses, flight times, and detailed 3-day schedule
  • Flight booking proxy service
  • Confirmation of female members participating in matchmaking
  • Our staff and interpreters accompany the entire process, ensuring complete safety

If you find a wonderful partner, you can enter into an engagement contract and begin a relationship with the intent of marriage.

If your desired partner is a female member residing in Singapore, after confirming both parties’ feelings, we will conclude a dating contract with marriage in mind, and you can freely date your fiancée on weekends and holidays at times convenient for both of you. Please enjoy your wonderful romantic time to the fullest.

 

 

5. Marriage

As you nurture your love through daily care for each other and your feelings deepen, please proceed to the marriage stage. At the marriage stage, we will provide the following support:

Marriage Travel

  • Travel to your wife’s city for marriage
  • 5-day marriage travel schedule according to both your wishes
  • Costs may vary depending on location and timing
  • Detailed guidance provided about 3 weeks before travel

Wedding Ceremony (Reception)

  • Ceremony considering the traditions and customs of the bride’s hometown
  • Basic participation of 10-30 family members

Marriage Procedures

We provide detailed support from obtaining necessary documents to applications:

  1. Application and acquisition of the male member’s certificate of marriage eligibility (single status certificate)
  2. Application and acquisition of various notarized documents for your wife
  3. Obtaining marriage certificate locally
  4. Marriage registration at ROM (Registry of Marriages, Singapore)
  5. Preparation of your wife’s LTVP application documents
  6. LTVP application submission and follow-up with ICA (Singapore)

The overall procedures take approximately 2-4 months. With your cooperation, we can proceed more smoothly. Our association has extensive experience with international marriages, so please feel assured as we support you until the start of your new life together.
