For Computer (PC/Mac):
- Visit zoom.us/download.
- Download the “Zoom Desktop Client”.
- Install the software and run a quick test of your speakers and microphone.
3. Joining the Meeting
On the day of your appointment, you can join using either method:
- Via Link: Click the URL provided by our staff in your confirmation email/Whatsapp. It will open Zoom automatically.
- Via Meeting ID: Open the Zoom app, click “Join”, and enter the 10-digit Meeting ID and Passcode provided to you.
4. Meeting Etiquette & Environment
To make the best first impression, please ensure the following:
- Stable Connection: Use a reliable Wi-Fi or wired internet connection to avoid lag.
- Hardware: If using a PC, please ensure you have a webcam and a headset/earphones for clear audio.
- Lighting & Background: Participate in a brightly lit, quiet indoor environment. Avoid sitting with a bright window behind you (which makes your face dark).
